Croissant

Responsive Web Redesign

About Croissant

Croissant is a booking platform for co-working spaces, available in over 40 cities in the US. Their mission is to make beautiful, shared workspaces easily accessible to a community of freelancers, founders, creatives, and remote workers.

Scope

Design the flow for a new “Book Ahead” feature for responsive web while maintaining the core “On-Demand” functionality of the platform

Role

Product Designer, highly involved in all phases of design (wireframing, high-fidelity mockups, prototyping, usability testing)

Summary

The Croissant team wanted to implement a new "Book Ahead" feature in their website to allow users to reserve seats ahead of time. This would require an entirely different flow from their core “On-Demand” feature that allowed users to find and book last-minute seats at co-working spaces.

With a small team and tight timeline, it was a challenge to mockup, prototype and test the feature across both desktop, tablet, and mobile, but we successfully delivered all assets and prototypes to the Croissant team in 4 short weeks. The feature will be implemented in the next few months - stay tuned!

What The Founders Say

“Agnes is a tenacious member of our UX team who stops at nothing to make sure users get in front of any design she makes for us. She is super effective at aggregating customer feedback in a way that our business can use for making design decisions. Pleased to be working with her!” - David Idell (Co-founder and CEO at Croissant)
